Quality here is changing pace. This role suits a Quality Engineer who likes being close to the work. Someone who walks the floor, asks questions, and spots issues early. You enjoy understanding how things are meant to operate and noticing when they do not.

You will own quality from end to end. From incoming material through production and out to the customer. You will be involved early, through APQP and DFMEA, and you will stay close through launch, supplier interaction, and ongoing improvement.

There is structure here, but no desire for just box ticking. The aim is fewer problems, not better spreadsheets. FAIRs and PPAPs matter because they prevent pain later. MRB exists to solve root causes, not to push parts through.

You will work alongside a Quality Lead with a strong problem-solving background and a Product Quality Manager who is building with intent. Support is there and trust grows fast when you take ownership.

AS9100 experience is a big advantage and Six Sigma thinking really helps. But a calm, curious mindset matters more. You think like an engineer and you are happy to get hands on when needed. You care about doing things properly the first time.

You will be comfortable calling out issues early and working collaboratively to resolve them. You will see patterns others miss. The team will rely on you to move quality forward, not just keep it moving.

This is a practical role. Visible. Involved. Varied. If you like solving problems with a pragmatic mindset, where the answers are not already written down, you will enjoy this.
