We’re supporting a high-growth robotics business building complex autonomous systems in-house as it scales from early builds into repeatable production. This is not a routine assembly role. It’s an opportunity to work in a high-standards, high-accountability environment where build quality, precision, and pace genuinely matter.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies to a consistently high standard
- Working from engineering drawings, work instructions, and evolving documentation
- Supporting iterative build cycles as products continue to mature and improve
- Identifying build, quality, or repeatability issues and feeding these back into production and engineering
- Taking ownership of your builds, from first fit through to final sign-off
- Maintaining quality, consistency, and pride in workmanship as volumes increase
