Launch Your Engineering Career in a High-Precision, High-Performance Environment

Are you a recent engineering graduate looking for your first step into industry? Perhaps you’ve completed a 2:2, Third-Class degree, HNC or HND, and are seeking a genuine opportunity to build a long-term engineering career? Maybe you are an engineer in an inspection role seeking progression?

Would you like to work in a modern, technically advanced manufacturing environment, supporting projects across Motorsport, Formula 1, Aerospace and Defence? If you are detail-oriented and willing to learn from the ground up, this could be an outstanding opportunity to kick-start your career.

Why Join Us?

We are a low-volume, high-precision manufacturer supplying technically complex metallic and composite components into some of the world’s most demanding industries, including Defence, Aerospace and Formula 1. With unique intellectual property and continued growth, we are looking to add an ambitious Graduate / Junior Engineer to our team. This is not a structured graduate programme. Instead, it is a genuine opportunity to join the business in a hands-on engineering role, gain real responsibility from day one, and develop your career organically as your skills grow. For someone with the right attitude and aptitude, there is clear scope to progress into Quality, Manufacturing Engineering or broader Engineering functions over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will initially join the team in a Quality Engineering / Quality Technician capacity, gaining exposure to highly regulated engineering environments and learning the fundamentals of quality within advanced manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting quality assurance activities for aerospace and high-specification components
  • Reviewing and processing conformance documentation and concessions
  • Recording, analysing and interpreting quality data to support decision-making
  • Completing customer and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance
  • Working closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to maintain quality standards

As your confidence, capability and technical understanding develop, you will have the opportunity to broaden your responsibilities and progress into more advanced engineering positions.

What We’re Looking For

We are open to graduates, junior engineers, or technically minded individuals seeking an early career role. You will ideally have:

  • A Higher Education qualification in Engineering (Degree, HNC, HND or equivalent)
  • The permanent right to work in the UK without sponsorship, now or in the future
  • The ability to read and understand engineering drawings to BS8888 / BS308, including linear and geometric tolerances (GD&T)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to influence, collaborate and resolve issues professionally

Already working in inspection? We would also welcome applications from Quality Inspectors seeking a pathway into a more engineering-focused role with long-term progression.

What You’ll Get

  • £30,000 – £32,000 starting salary
  • Full training and ongoing support
  • Exposure to Motorsport, Aerospace and Defence sectors
  • A technically interesting, high-precision engineering environment
  • Genuine opportunities for career progression and internal development
  • The chance to build a long-term engineering career in a growing business

If you are looking for a role where you can learn, develop and progress in real engineering from day one — we would be keen to hear from you.
