Are you an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional looking to make a real impact? Our client, a fast-paced industrial facility operating as a COMAH (Control of Major Accident Hazards) site, is seeking an EHS Manager to lead compliance, drive a safety-first culture, and influence operational improvements. This opportunity is particularly well-suited for candidates with experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or hazardous chemical industries, who bring a high level of expertise in safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Safety Leadership : Foster a zero-accident culture by championing best practices and coaching staff on the work floor. Lead EH&S committee meetings and ensure effective follow-ups on action items. Compliance & Risk Management : Maintain and update safety/emergency procedures and ensure permit compliance. Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action planning. Support the General Manager with regulatory requirements, including permit acquisition. Collaboration & Reporting : Work closely with management teams and operators on site improvements and project developments. Report to corporate EHS teams and participate in internal/external audits. What We’re Looking For: Experience : Desirable background in high-compliance industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or hazardous chemicals Proven expertise in EHS management, risk assessment, and incident handling.
