We’re supporting a high-growth robotics business building complex autonomous systems in-house as it scales from early builds into repeatable production. This is not a routine assembly role. It’s an opportunity to work in a high-standards, high-accountability environment where build quality, precision, and pace genuinely matter.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies to a consistently high standard
  • Working from engineering drawings, work instructions, and evolving documentation
  • Supporting iterative build cycles as products continue to mature and improve
  • Identifying build, quality, or repeatability issues and feeding these back into production and engineering
  • Taking ownership of your builds, from first fit through to final sign-off
  • Maintaining quality, consistency, and pride in workmanship as volumes increase

The environment:

  • Fast-paced, hands-on, and technically demanding
  • Clear expectations around quality, accountability, and delivery
  • A skilled technical team where standards are set high and ownership is expected
  • Close collaboration between production and engineering, with build feedback actively encouraged

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience assembling complex mechanical or electro-mechanical products
  • Strong ability to read and work from engineering drawings and build instructions
  • Backgrounds from robotics, aerospace, motorsport, advanced manufacturing, or similar high-performance environments
  • A mindset focused on quality, precision, and continuous improvement
  • Someone who thrives in environments where things evolve quickly and standards are non-negotiable

Why this role stands out:

  • Work on technically complex, real-world products, not repetitive line work
  • Be part of a business scaling quickly, where your contribution genuinely matters
  • A role suited to people who take pride in doing things properly, even under pressure

If you enjoy working in demanding environments, care deeply about build quality, and want to be part of something scaling fast, we’d love to speak with you.
