Neutonic is one of the fastest-growing nootropic energy brands in the UK and US. In just over a year, we have sold more than 3 million cans across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok, and we are now expanding into retail and wholesale with the momentum of a creator-led brand, proven product-market fit, and high-performing marketing engine.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Commercial Operations Manager to run point on coordination across teams, manage key projects, and keep the business moving. You will be the central hub between product, marketing, web, and content - ensuring launches, campaigns, and day-to-day tasks are delivered on time, to spec, and in line with commercial objectives.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on bringing structure to fast-moving teams. You will use Asana to build project timelines, assign tasks, track progress, and close loops - whether it is a product launch, promotional campaign, website update, or upcoming event. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager to align activity with sales goals and ensure every initiative has a clear plan, owner, and outcome. You will work alongside the product team, web developers, social teams, company leadership, and more - helping everyone stay aligned and accountable.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as the operational lead between product, marketing, social, and web teams – ensuring alignment and timely execution of all key projects.
  • Own and manage the full marketing and commercial calendar – ensuring that launches, campaigns, activations, and events are tracked, coordinated, and delivered on time by the relevant teams.
  • Build structured project plans in Asana for every major activity - with clear timelines, task owners, and deadlines.
  • Track and manage task delivery across all functions – chasing up where needed and keeping things on schedule.
  • Brief in promotions, campaigns, and product launches to relevant teams with full context and checklists.
  • Coordinate website updates and improvements – from briefing changes to tracking implementation and QA.
  • Work alongside the Commercial Manager to ensure all commercial and marketing activity supports broader revenue and margin goals.
  • Support event planning and tradeshow logistics – including sampling days, pop-ups, and exhibition coordination.
  • Build and refine operational processes – helping teams work smarter and reduce last-minute firefighting.
  • Be the central point of contact for internal progress tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, web, creative, social, and leadership teams to keep initiatives moving.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, project management, or commercial coordination within CPG, DTC, or creative environments.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools – you know how to structure and drive task delivery.
  • Strong communicator with a detail-oriented mindset – able to brief clearly, follow up consistently, and solve problems independently.
  • Comfortable working across product, content, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Interest in nootropics, wellness, or creator-led brands is a bonus.

Why Join Neutonic:

  • Be part of a fast-growing, high-energy consumer brand backed by influential founders.
  • Work directly with the leadership team and help shape how we scale and execute.
  • Play a central role in launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives across the business.
  • Fast-paced, execution-first culture with minimal bureaucracy and real ownership.
  • Competitive compensation and clear progression as the business grows.

If you are excited by fast growth, clear priorities, and the chance to be the person that keeps everything running smoothly – we would love to hear from you.
