Neutonic is a fast-growing, nootropic energy brand founded by leading creators Chris Williamson and James Smith. Launched just 18 months ago, we’ve already sold over 3 million cans through our DTC site and Amazon in the UK and USA, and we’re growing month on month. Our mission is simple: to help people think clearly, focus better, and get more done — without the crash. We create clean, functional products that combine research-backed nootropics with great taste and convenience.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of the Neutonic website and drive its performance. This is a UK-based role for someone who lives and breathes high-converting online stores — someone who knows how to translate traffic into sales, spot drop-off points, and work with designers and developers to create an exceptional user experience. The website has dual warehouse connections, and serves customers around the world. You’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day running and strategic optimisation of our DTC store, working closely with our creative team, engineering partners, and growth leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the day-to-day performance of the Neutonic DTC website
- Optimise site layout, functionality, and user experience to improve conversion and retention
- Track and analyse site data (Shopify, GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to identify opportunities and friction points
- Brief and collaborate with designers and developers to ship UX, CRO, and functionality improvements
- Own testing roadmap across landing pages, PDPs, checkout flow, and navigation
- Coordinate product drops, limited runs, and seasonal changes across the site
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure the site reflects launches, campaigns, inventory, and messaging
- Monitor key ecommerce metrics (CVR, AOV, bounce rate, LTV) and build regular reports for the wider team
Must-Have Experience
- 3–5+ years managing high-performing e-commerce websites in CPG. Must be selling 100k a month plus.
- Strong knowledge of CRO, site performance analytics, and ecom design best practices
- Deep experience with Shopify (or equivalent), Klaviyo, GA4, and testing tools like Hotjar or Posthog
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and UX intuition
- Experience managing projects with designers and developers
- Ability to work fast, prioritise clearly, and communicate with clarity
Further Ideal Experience
- Worked in early-stage or high-growth DTC brands
- Experience with nootropics, wellness, or functional beverage
- Background in performance marketing, SEO, or onsite funnel strategy
- Familiarity with custom Shopify builds
Why Join Neutonic
- Join a brand with proven momentum and a high-profile audience
- Backed by two of the most influential names in the creator and performance space
- Competitive salary, performance bonuses and more
- Opportunity to own and shape the digital product experience from the ground up
- Work with an agile, ambitious team where execution is fast and impactful
- Direct access to founders and senior commercial leadership
- Fast-paced, no-red-tape culture where experimentation is encouraged
