Neuranics is a fast-growing fabless semiconductor company pioneering advanced magnetic sensing solutions. Our Tunnelling Magnetoresistance (TMR) sensors, custom ASICs, and machine learning algorithms are being developed to enable next-generation applications across wearables, extended reality (XR), industrial systems, and advanced human-machine interaction. Backed by strong technical and commercial momentum, Neuranics is entering a critical growth phase, engaging Tier 1 semiconductor and global technology partners to scale adoption.
As Vice President of Sales, you will lead Neuranics’ global sales strategy and revenue growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving global sales execution, building a high-quality pipeline, and converting strategic customer engagement into commercial success. You will drive engagement across Tier 1 semiconductor companies, integrated device manufacturers (IDMs), system-level partners, and strategic technology customers, securing design wins and long-term commercial agreements. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a core commercial function within a fast-scaling deep-tech business. This is not a conventional volume sales role. It requires deep experience in semiconductor or deep-tech sales, strategic business development, design-win creation, licensing discussions, and complex technical-commercial negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Neuranics’ global sales and go-to-market strategy to achieve significant revenue growth.
- Build, manage, and forecast a robust global sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting, opportunity tracking, and disciplined sales process management.
- Identify and secure opportunities across Tier 1 semiconductor platforms, integrated device manufacturers, system-level partners, and strategic technology customers.
- Lead end-to-end customer engagement from initial qualification through technical evaluation, design-in, and commercialisation.
- Close high-value (£m+) commercial agreements, including proof-of-concept, NRE, supply, licensing, and strategic partnership agreements.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, including NDAs, MSAs, pricing, and IP/licensing terms, through to contract signature.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across strategic customers and partners, while leading and scaling the sales function.
- Work closely with marketing, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive pipeline development and customer delivery.
- Represent Neuranics externally, strengthening its position within the semiconductor ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a closely related discipline.
- 15+ years’ experience in semiconductor sales leadership, strategic business development, or senior commercial roles, with accountability for £10M+ revenue.
- Demonstrated track record of personally closing multimillion-pound commercial agreements (NRE, supply, licensing, strategic partnerships).
- Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams in a semiconductor or deep-tech environment.
- Strong network of relevant contacts across the global semiconductor value chain, including platform providers, IDMs, and strategic partners.
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor design-in cycles and customer evaluation processes.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple complex opportunities in parallel.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
Desirable:
- Experience in magnetic sensing, MEMS, or advanced sensor technologies.
- Background in XR, wearables, medtech, or related consumer hardware markets.
- Experience presenting at international conferences, trade shows, customer events, or strategic partner forums.
