In this role, you will lead business development and nurture long-term partnerships with organisations that share our commitment to wellbeing and sustainability.

You will collaborate closely with our founder and leadership team to execute our strategic

roadmap and overseeing B2B growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Business Development: Identify, engage and secure new partnerships with hotels, beauty salons, health centers (including MRI centers), spas and wellness destinations in London.
  • Relationship Management: Lead all aspects of partner communications, from initial introductions and negotiations to the cultivation of long-term, high-value relationships.
  • Events: Support the planning and execution of premium events and immersive brand experiences, designed to showcase new product launches and deepen customer engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close alignment with NeuroScent’s core team to refine and implement the strategic development of the brand according to our long-term vision and growth roadmap.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • London-based only (important!), with the flexibility to attend in-person meetings, events and activations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in sales and negotiation in well-being, perfume or beauty industry, with the ability to build trust and close premium partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, event management or premium wellness

sales is highly desirable.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and self-driven, with the capacity to manage complex projects

independently.

  • Strategic thinker with a natural aptitude for cultivating meaningful, long-term relationships.
