Are you a driven, metrics-obsessed sales professional who loves the hunt? We’re looking for a Business Development Ops to fuel growth across our EMEA regional sales territories. You’ll work side-by-side with our Regional Sales Leads to fill their calendars with qualified meetings, run smart outreach campaigns, and deliver clean data and insights every week. If you love cold outreach, know your way around a CRM, and get a genuine rush from booking meetings — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and qualify warm leads using CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other tools
  • Book 3–5 qualified meetings per week for Regional Sales Leads across the US
  • Run targeted cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns with personalised messaging
  • Support the design and execution of marketing email campaigns, tracking open rates, CTR, and responses.
  • Deliver a weekly metrics report covering emails, open rate, CTR, response rate, and contact lists
  • Keep CRM records clean, current, and detailed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in a business development, SDR, BDR, or lead generation role
  • Demonstrated success booking qualified meetings in a remote B2B environment
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Experience with outreach tools such as Outreach.io, Salesloft, Apollo.io, or similar
  • Strong written communication skills — your emails get opened and replied to
  • Data-driven mindset: you track your numbers and adjust based on what’s working
  • Highly self-directed with excellent time management in a remote-first environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha or ZoomInfo
  • Background supporting multiple regional reps or territories simultaneously
  • Experience building prospect lists and conducting ICP research
