Are you excited about using science and research to improve organisational behaviour? Do you have commercial experience managing a client portfolio? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for energised, solutions-focused professionals who can strategically manage client relationships and have experience implementing learning solutions (or similar programmes).
In this role, you’ll spend approximately 80% of your time working directly with clients—rolling up your sleeves to deliver impactful solutions—and 20% leading, mentoring, and supporting colleagues across the team.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and growing an external client portfolio of approximately $1M
- Managing project resources, timelines, and delivery
- Leading and delivering programmes for organisations with 1,000+ employees
- Contributing to proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Leading client calls and acting as a trusted partner
