If so, you may be a great fit for our Business Development Operations Associate role.

You’ll join our Corporate Solutions Operations team, working closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Client Delivery teams to support growth initiatives, optimise processes, and help drive impactful client outcomes across the EMEA region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the day-to-day management and optimisation of sales operations processes and systems
  • Help create and execute business development campaigns to drive pipeline growth and new commercial opportunities
  • Generate and qualify business development leads through research, outreach initiatives, and campaign activity
  • Maintain and administer CRM data within HubSpot, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effective pipeline tracking
  • Pull and analyse sales and campaign data to generate reports, dashboards, and performance insights
  • Create targeted email campaigns and support the execution of BD strategy and tactics
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations teams to support commercial initiatives
  • Assist in improving workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency across the sales function
  • Support the wider commercial team in achieving sales targets and operational objectives

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar commercial role
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Understanding of business development strategy, campaign execution, and sales operations best practices
