Are you excited about using science and research to improve organisational and leadership behaviour? Have you been thrilled to work on a variety of talent management programmes in large organisations? We’re looking for an energised and driven individual who is client-centric, curious about company dynamics, and experienced in implementing learning solutions to join the NLI EMEA Client Experience Team in this senior maternity-cover role. The position is a 14-month contract starting in December 2026. You’ll be leading project teams from plan to execution to help clients sustain and embed the behaviour change we have created. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships across all levels - from your internal project teams to key client sponsors - securing the buy-in necessary to drive meaningful change. You’ll be advising our clients based on our research and the experience that you bring of having managed large-scale projects in learning. You’ll be a natural people leader driving the implementation of the Client Experience strategy and line managing CX team members. You’ll support the professional development of your team members.
