Help us build the future of real-time retail execution. At Neurolabs, we’re helping the world’s leading CPG brands unlock real-time visibility across the supply chain. Our Image Recognition technology is powered by synthetic data and digital twins, giving customers scalable, accurate insights — fast. No manual audits. No delays. No retraining. Just immediate visibility into what’s actually happening in-store.

We’ve built our platform to solve real field problems. From faster SKU onboarding to better promo execution, we work across teams to connect strategy with shelf reality. With easy integration and the fastest time to value in the category, we’re not just digitizing audits - we’re powering smarter, data-backed execution for global CPGs.

We’re looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our team and help bring our Visual AI product to life in real-world environments. You’ll play a key role in turning customer needs into scalable, reliable solutions — bridging product, engineering, and delivery. This is a role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working hands-on with complex systems, and takes pride in making things work seamlessly for users and partners.

Why this role matters

Our technology only creates impact when it’s running seamlessly in the real world. Every successful deployment means a retailer saving time, improving accuracy, and transforming how in-store execution works. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success — turning complex setups into smooth, scalable implementations that deliver real results. Your mission: ensure seamless deployment integration with long-term success of our solutions in production.

What you’ll do
  • Solution Design
    • Design scalable, secure, high-performance solutions that meet customer needs.
    • Implement smart automations to make deployments faster and more efficient.
  • Project Delivery
    • Collaborate with delivery teams to define scope and success criteria.
    • Configure APIs, tools, and integrations for smooth implementations.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the project lifecycle.
  • Pre Post Sales Support
    • Partner with sales marketing to translate customer goals into tailored solutions.
    • Support onboarding and ensure a seamless handover to ongoing success.
    • Prepare clear technical documentation and training materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Build scripts or tools that speed up delivery and improve outcomes.
    • Keep communication clear and aligned across teams and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay up to date with cloud, automation, and ML technologies.
    • Share ideas that help us deliver and scale better every time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years’ experience in software development, implementation engineering, pre-sales or technical consulting.
  • Proficient in Python (or a similar language, with a willingness to work in Python).
  • Comfortable using SQL and working with data management systems.
How you work

You’re hands-on and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership. You’re analytical and curious, always looking to understand how things work and how to make them better. You collaborate naturally across teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. You take pride in delivering work that’s reliable, practical, and creates real value for customers. You’re proactive in spotting gaps, suggesting improvements, and helping the team move faster.

If you have any of this, even better
  • Experience with PostgreSQL database design.
  • Familiarity with computer vision or ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch).
  • Exposure to DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), API integrations, or data engineering best practices.
Benefits
  • Open salary structure - This role offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per year.
  • Celebrate our victories together - We’re on an ambitious path and when we succeed, it’s a collective win. You’ll be offered equity share options, allowing you to partake in the value you help build.
  • Hybrid-first approach - We decide together what balance works best between home and our vibrant London office near King’s Cross.
  • A culture of inclusivity - We thrive when we’re authentic with one another, fostering an environment filled with kindness, openness and trust where every voice matters and everyone feels like a vital part of our journey.
  • Time off that suits you - Enjoy a generous 25 days of annual leave along with bank holidays to unwind and recharge.
  • Company retreats - Each year, we take a step back to reflect and reconnect, enjoying some well-deserved social time together.
  • Comprehensive medical insurance - You’ll receive private medical coverage that prioritises both your physical and mental health, including dental, optical and travel insurance.
  • Growth development – As the company grows, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise, influence how we build and deliver solutions, and broaden your impact across teams and customers.
