We are seeking a Psychology Service Manager to lead triage and service coordination within NeuroKids. This is a key role overseeing referral pathways, case allocation and service delivery.
Contract: Permanent, part-time (25 hours)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Horizon Business Park, Braintree, Essex)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (per annum, depending on experience)
NeuroKids is a specialist paediatric psychology service supporting children and young people with complex neurodevelopmental, neurological and emotional needs across the UK. We work closely with families, case managers, solicitors, and multidisciplinary teams, providing formulation-led, needs-based support across assessment, therapy and rehabilitation.
This is a psychology-informed, non-clinical role, combining clinical understanding with service coordination, to support high-quality service delivery and development. The postholder will take ownership of enquiry management, case allocation, and service flow to support the development of care pathways, ensuring timely and effective access to support.

Requirements:
- A degree in psychology or a related field
- A minimum of 2 – 3 years' experience working with children and young people (clinical, educational, or related settings)
- Experience in coordination, case management, or service delivery roles
- Experience in neurodevelopmental, neuropsychological, or rehabilitation settings
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams or case management services
- Experience in independent healthcare or similar services
- Psychology graduates with relevant experience
- Allied Health Professionals (e.g. occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, nursing or related fields) seeking a non-clinical, service coordination role
- Professionals with experience in SEN, case management, or health service delivery
- Want to apply psychological knowledge in a non-clinical, service-focused role
- Are interested in triage, coordination, and pathway planning
- Are seeking a longer-term role in a specialist service, rather than a short-term pre-training position
