We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic volunteer to join our Events Team in an administrative capacity.

- Comfortable using spreadsheets and email platforms (training provided if needed)

What will you be doing?
Respond to and manage the Events Team mailbox, handling enquiries related to
- Panel participation
- Keynote speaker opportunities
- Online events
- Chairing conferences
- Maintain and update the Events Spreadsheet to track event planning progress
- Send out invoice/payment links as required for event-related services
- Manage and regularly update the Events Calendar
