Job Overview

As an Assistant Swimming Teacher you will support the Swimming Teacher in swimming lessons from babies to adults. You will work closely with the Swimming Teacher to help swimmers develop their skills and confidence in the water. Within lessons, you may be responsible for a small group of learners learning a specific skill under the direction of the Swimming Teacher.

  • Ability to work with children
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience assisting in swimming teaching/children's classes (preferred)
  • Level 1 UKCC Swimming Teacher qualification, or equivalent
