Role Overview

We're looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our growing Product team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a software or Saa S environment who is looking to build a long-term career in Product Management.

This is an operationally focused Product role to be begin with.

You will be the first point of contact for our product support, assist with demos and client onboarding, test releases and keep our documentation sharp, while gradually taking on more product ownership.

You might already work in Product Operations, Product Delivery, Business Analysis, Customer Success, Technical Support, QA, Project Delivery, or a similar role.

If you enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver great products, we would love to hear from you.

You'll play an important role in helping shape products from idea through to delivery, working alongside Senior Product Manager, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences and create meaningful product improvements.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Supporting the delivery of product features from discovery through to release.
  • Writing user stories, requirements, and product documentation.
  • Managing and prioritising product backlogs and tickets.
  • Working with Engineering to triage bugs and support release planning.
  • Gathering customer feedback and identifying opportunities for product improvements.
  • Analysing user behaviour and helping inform product decisions.
  • Creating release notes, knowledge articles and training materials.
  • Collaborating across Product, Engineering, Client Services, Commercial and Service Delivery teams.
  • Supporting product demonstrations and customer onboarding where appropriate.

We're looking for someone who has

  • 3+ years of relevant experience within a software, Saa S or digital product environment.
  • Experience working alongside software development teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • A structured approach to problem solving.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to continuously learn.
  • A passion for creating great customer experiences.
  • Confidence communicating directly with clients and users.
  • Experience using AI Tools in your day-to-day work, and an interest in how they can improve products and services.

It would be great if you also have.

  • Experience supporting software testing or product releases.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery practices.
  • An understanding of accessibility principles.
  • An interest in product analytics and using customer insight to inform decisions.
