Workplace strategy coaching is a distinct type of coaching supporting individuals in the workplace. Our coaches work with the client to provide a holistic, individualised coaching programme. Coaches are expected to have knowledge across a range of neurodifferences and disabilities. Our Assessors take a detailed look at all areas of an employee’s role before producing a full report detailing recommendations for reasonable adjustments. This is a freelance/associate position.
