Somerset is seeking a Boy’s Pathway Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach to develop the physical development of male pathway players across county age groups and academy settings.
You will plan, programme and deliver bespoke S&C across the Boy’s Pathway, monitor growth and maturation data, and work closely with the SS&M team to prepare players for progression to the professional game. This role requires travel to venues including Taunton and other counties.
