What you'll be working:
Our standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. What you'll be doing:
- As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role within our dynamic multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to individuals with acquired brain injuries and other complex neurological conditions.
- Provide a high-quality physiotherapy service, ensuring your input is fully integrated within the multidisciplinary team.
- Undertake advanced neurological assessments and deliver tailored treatment plans to patients with a range of complex and multiple pathologies.
- Work autonomously to plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centred physiotherapy programmes.
- Use highly developed physical and manual therapy skills to support patients in regaining mobility and maximising functional independence.
- Liaise effectively with families, carers, and other significant individuals to ensure continuity and consistency of care.
- Foster strong professional relationships with colleagues across the team, contributing to a supportive and collaborative working environment.
- Promote patient safety and dignity at all times, safeguarding individuals and upholding their human rights.
What you'll have:
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with experience in neurorehabilitation.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and communication skills.
