Resilience Neuro Specialists is growing, and we are looking for a Specialist Neuro Physiotherapist to join our team at the Resilience Therapy Centre in Abbey Park, Warwickshire. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Band 6 or Band 7 equivalent clinician who wants to work in a specialist outpatient neurorehabilitation setting that combines advanced technology with expert, hands-on therapy.
At Resilience Neuro Specialists, we provide personalised neurorehabilitation for people living with brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury and complex neurological conditions. Our Resilience Therapy Centre brings together robotics, 3D motion analysis and functional electrical stimulation in a purpose-designed environment for recovery. Every programme is data-led, outcome-focused and tailored to the individual.
You will work with adults with complex presentations including brain injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease and Functional Neurological Disorder. You will assess, plan and deliver goal-focused rehabilitation, integrating advanced neurotechnology into structured therapy programmes. You’ll be working alongside our Clinical Lead, Occupational Therapist Suzi Kerrell-Vaughan and Clinical Director, Michelle Kudhail.
Who we’re looking for:
- We are seeking a HCPC-registered physiotherapist with strong experience in neurological rehabilitation and a clear commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Manage a varied neurological caseload.
- Use standardised outcome measures to demonstrate progress.
- Work closely with occupational therapists, psychologists, speech and language therapists and Consultants in Rehabilitation Medicine.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement.
- Help shape a forward-thinking specialist physiotherapy pathway.
You will be part of an interdisciplinary team committed to high standards, measurable outcomes and meaningful recovery. You should be confident managing complexity, comfortable using outcome measures in daily practice and motivated to work within a technology-enabled rehabilitation environment.
£45k – 55k per annum depending on experience.
