About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to join an established and supportive team, providing care for a lady living independently in her own home. This role involves supporting with personal care, clinical tasks, and moving and handling as part of a structured care package. The lady you will be supporting is in her mid‑40s, has a positive outlook on life, and a great sense of humour. She lives with her small dog, so it’s important that you are comfortable around pets. She values meaningful relationships with her team, and we are looking for someone who can bring the same energy level she has, with positivity, and a shared sense of humour to her day‑to‑day support.
Contract & Shift Pattern
We are offering a full-time, fixed hours contract, working across a fortnightly rolling rota. Flexibility to work the full shift pattern is essential. Shifts include:
- 7:00am – 11:00am
- 12:00pm – 8:00pm
There is a private staff room available for those wishing to remain at her home for the full duration of the shift; this can be used during the break between 11:00am and 12:00pm.
Rota: Week A: Monday, Saturday, Sunday
