Occupational Therapist – North East Based – Full Time 37.5 hours

No two days are the same. You’ll work as part 6of a friendly, highly skilled multidisciplinary team, with the autonomy to shape interventions and the security of knowing you have expert support whenever you need it.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy in line with HCPC standards and NICE guidelines.
  • Assess, plan, and oversee bespoke care packages for individuals with complex needs.
  • Provide clinical guidance, training, and mentorship to colleagues, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to deliver outstanding care.
  • Work closely with Service Managers, Rehabilitation Assistants, and Support Workers to ensure safe, effective service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with the individuals we support, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Contribute to quality standards, audits, and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified and Registered Occupational Therapist with active HCPC registration.
  • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for enabling independence.
  • Experience in care or rehab is not essential but would be desirable.
