About the Role

KEYFORT Group are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Carlisle, supporting a lady in her own fully adapted home. She has a genetic condition, learning disabilities, and is non-verbal. Her care includes personal care, clinical support, and medication administration. She can experience seizures, so confidence in following care plans and maintaining a calm approach is important. She lives with her family and her much-loved dog, so being comfortable around pets is essential. She enjoys music, TV, films, and getting out into the community—but most of all, she enjoys spending time with her support team. Building a positive, engaging relationship with her is key, so we’re looking for individuals who are friendly, patient, and able to bring energy and warmth to their role.
