About the Role: KEYFORT Group are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Carlisle, supporting a lady in her own fully adapted home. She has a genetic condition, learning disabilities, and is non-verbal. Her care includes personal care, clinical support, and medication administration. About You: We’re looking for people who share our values. Experience in care is helpful but not essential—what matters most is your approach:
- You want to make a difference– you care about the impact you have
- You take pride in your work– delivering safe, high-quality care matters to you
- You build meaningful relationships– you enjoy getting to know people and supporting them to live well
- You’ll also be resilient, respectful, and committed to providing dignified, person-centred care.
