About the Role: As a Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our Solar BESS. You will be responsible for commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting these systems to meet client expectations and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and extend the lifespan of the system.
- Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose and repair system faults promptly to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
- Troubleshooting: Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Remote Monitoring: Monitor system performance remotely and respond to alarms and alerts.
- Field Service: Travel to project sites to perform on-site maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and incident reports.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
