About NeuralTrust
We're a Barcelona-based startup that is rapidly scaling globally to become a global leader in AI agent security. Our platform enables organizations to secure agent systems, covering both exposure management and runtime security. Backed by leading investors and collaborating with top universities, NeuralTrust operates at the intersection of cybersecurity and AI.
What You will do
As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will design and ship the controls that protect production AI deployments at some of the largest enterprises in Europe. This is a hands-on technical role at the frontier of AI security. You will work across our full product portfolio: the Generative Application Firewall, Guardian Agents, AI Red Teaming engine, MCP Scanner, and MCP Gateway.
- Design and harden the detection logic inside our Generative Application Firewall and Guardian Agents.
- Research and operationalize new attack techniques against AI agents, including prompt injection, semantic chaining, tool abuse, and MCP exploits.
- Build and ship features in our MCP Scanner and MCP Gateway that protect customer production traffic.
- Lead red teaming engagements against enterprise AI deployments.
- Work directly with CISOs and security architects to translate enterprise requirements into product capabilities.
- Publish original research, advisories, and threat intelligence under your own name.
- Represent NeuralTrust at industry conferences and in technical conversations with the broader security community.
About You
We're looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer with deep enterprise security experience who wants to apply that instinct to a brand new attack surface.
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, with significant time inside a large enterprise (banking, energy, telecom, healthcare, aviation, or similar).
- Proven track record shipping controls that survived real attackers, real auditors, and real boards.
- Strong background in at least one of: AppSec or product security, threat modelling and red teaming, API security and runtime protection, identity and zero trust, or detection engineering.
- Curiosity about AI security. Prior AI or LLM security experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Strong written communication. You can explain a complex attack chain to a CISO and to a product engineer in the same week.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to London, UK (hybrid role).
Benefits
- Competitive salary aligned with your experience and impact.
- Hybrid remote flexibility (work part of the week remotely, with periods of full remote).
- A platform to publish original research and speak at the conferences you have always wanted to keynote.
- The latest tools and tech to do your job.
- High growth opportunity.
