What You Will Do

  • Own and drive enterprise revenue in the UK market.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and manage relationships with CISOs, Heads of Security, Risk, Compliance, and Security Architecture teams.
  • Develop and execute a territory and account strategy focused on large enterprises.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound, inbound, partners, and your own network.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with long deal cycles.
  • Position NeuralTrust as a strategic security partner for AI and agent deployments.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Founders to align customer needs with product evolution.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to shape messaging, pricing, and roadmap.
  • Represent NeuralTrust at industry events, executive meetings, and security forums.
  • Act with real ownership — you will directly influence how our GTM motion evolves in the UK and beyond.
  • This is not a “maintenance” sales role. You will help build the playbook, not just follow one.

About You

  • 6+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals.
  • Established relationships with CISOs, cybersecurity leaders, or security teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security buying processes.
  • Comfortable selling complex, technical solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Ability to translate technical value into clear business outcomes.
  • Experience working in or with high-growth startups is a strong plus.
  • Interest in AI, AI agents, or emerging security challenges is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Based in the UK.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
