Who we are
At Neural Voice, we’re on a mission to change how travel companies talk to their customers. Our AI voice platform answers every call, handles bookings, out-of-hours support, integrates with CRMs/GDS, and makes customer experience smoother, smarter, and more human-like.
Founded recently and growing fast, we’re based in Leeds and backed by innovation grants & seed investment. We believe in ambition, speed, and making things that matter.
What you’ll do
As our Founding BDR, you will be a critical part of building out sales momentum. You’ll be the founder’s right hand – doing outreach, booking meetings, managing pipelines, and making sure no lead falls through the cracks.
- Qualifying inbound leads.
- Joining sales calls with the founder where you’ve set them up.
- Following up with leads; keeping pipeline clean, detailed, and moving.
- Helping track metrics, feedback, and learning what messaging works best.
In short: you’ll own the front line of deal flow growth, enabling founders to focus on closing, strategy & scaling.
What we’re looking for
- 1-2 years’ experience in a BDR / SDR / similar role (sales outreach, lead generation)
- Confident on the phone; not scared of cold calls, follow-ups, and rejection.
- Hungry, scrappy, reliable. You know how to push forward when things are ambiguous.
- Good at administrative follow-ups: keeping pipeline updated, notes clean, stakeholders aligned.
- Comfortable working in a startup: low process, big impact, flexibility required.
- Experience in travel, AI, SaaS, or automation.
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive etc.).
- Curious about voice technology & what makes AI sound more human.
