We are actively seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to support our client, based in Greater Boston. This is a hybrid full-time role that requires regular onsite presence and is ideal for professionals with expertise in Workday HCM, Compensation, and Security who have configuration/implementation and optimization/support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Workday HCM and Security modules to align with business goals.
- Serve as a Workday SME across Core HCM, Compensation, and Security.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to implement scalable solutions and improve processes.
- Manage full lifecycle configuration updates including gathering requirements, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure data accuracy and support integration integrity with downstream systems.
- Stay current with Workday releases and advise on new functionality.
- Provide end-user support and maintain documentation and SOPs.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of hands-on Workday experience with focus on HCM.
- Expertise to configure BPs, condition rules, reports in these modules HCM, Absence, Time tracking, Talent and Compensation.
- Experience in global or complex Workday environments.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related discipline.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and Excel proficiency.
