About the role

Neural Concept builds AI-powered solutions that help the world’s leading engineering teams design better products, faster. As Engineering Environment Owner, you’ll enable our teams to develop blueprint solutions across different CAD/CAE environments and create a strong foundation for testing and improving our agents. You’ll own a critical part of how we work and help our product succeed in the diverse engineering environments our customers rely on.

What you will do

  • Own the internal engineering environment: CAD and CAE tools, licences and compute infrastructure.
  • Work with product engineers and vertical engineers to understand their needs and improve their CAD/CAE setup, from software and configuration to access and compute resources.
  • Stay hands-on: script, automate and troubleshoot to keep environments reproducible and catch issues before they disrupt teams.
  • Manage shared compute and licence resources, vendor relationships and spend.
  • Monitor usage and performance (utilization, wait times, cost per run) and share what you see with the teams.

Who you are

  • A builder at heart, you enjoy turning engineering needs into useful tools and workflows. Your approach combines creativity and independence with a product mindset: choosing what to build or reuse, making it easy for teams to adopt, and owning its deployment, operation and improvement.
  • Experience at an OEM, Tier 1 supplier, or CAE or cloud provider, with practical insight into engineering workflows in sectors such as automotive, aerospace or electronics.
  • Hands-on CAE experience (CFD and/or FEA) and a practical understanding of high-performance computing (HPC) for simulation workloads.
  • Ability to design how CAD, PLM, CAE and compute fit together, drawing on domain experts for depth in individual tools.
  • A pragmatic approach to collaboration and problem-solving, keeping processes simple and removing barriers for others.

What you get

  • A world-class technology team that aims for excellence.
  • Competitive salary and rewarding opportunities as we scale.
  • A collaborative, multicultural environment where work is visible and recognized.
  • Professional growth alongside talented colleagues who share knowledge freely.
  • Global impact, helping customers shift to AI-assisted design.
  • Hybrid model (40% remote) and flexible hours.

We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where you can thrive.
