About Us
At Neuraco, we're building the world's first robot learning cloud service. Our platform eliminates the complexity of traditional robotics development by providing a complete end-to-end solution for data collection, model training, and deployment that works across different robot types and configurations. Our multidisciplinary team is at the forefront of making robot learning accessible to organisations worldwide, from manufacturing and logistics to healthcare and research institutions. We're transforming how robotics teams develop, train, and deploy intelligent systems by providing cloud-native infrastructure that scales from small research projects to enterprise-wide robot fleets.
About the Role
We're looking for a Robotics Demo Engineer to serve as the bridge between our platform and the real-world robotics challenges our clients face. In this role, you'll take problems presented by clients and demonstrate that Neuracore can solve them, building compelling, end-to-end demonstrations using a variety of robot hardware. You'll work hands-on with robot arms (e.g. ABB, Trossen, and others), integrating them with our platform and showcasing the power of our robot learning cloud service. This is an ideal role for someone who loves working with physical hardware and wants to directly influence how customers experience our product.
Key Responsibilities
- Take client-defined problems and build end-to-end demonstrations showing how Neuracore solves them
- Integrate and commission new robot hardware (e.g. ABB, Trossen, and future platforms) with the Neuracore platform
- Develop and maintain demo environments, scripts, and configurations for a range of robot types
- Work closely with the engineering team to surface integration issues and provide feedback on platform capabilities
- Create documentation, videos, and other materials to support client-facing demos and sales efforts
- Troubleshoot and debug hardware/software integration issues across different robot platforms
- Stay current with new robot hardware, SDKs, and industry trends to expand demo coverage
- Support pre-sales and business development by participating in client calls and live demonstrations
- Collaborate with the team to define and prioritise which robot integrations to pursue next
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with industrial or research robot arms
- Practical experience with robot programming and control (e.g. ROS/ROS2, manufacturer SDKs, or similar frameworks)
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across hardware and software systems
- Comfortable working in Python and able to write integration scripts and automation tools
- Experience with robot kinematics, motion planning, or teleoperation concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to explain technical demos to non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently on ambiguous problems
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities shift quickly
- (Nice to Have) Experience with ABB, Universal Robots, Trossen, or Franka Emika robot arms
- (Nice to Have) Familiarity with machine learning concepts, particularly imitation learning or reinforcement learning
- (Nice to Have) Experience with data collection for robot learning (e.g. teleoperation, kinesthetic teaching)
