Job Description

The role of the Campaign Marketing Manager is to maximise the impact of marketing and PR assets and enable sales funnel growth. Working in close partnership with both marketing and sales you will lead the strategic development and execution of all key account campaigns including social media channels, with a strategy that amplifies complementary campaigns and further leverages marketing and PR collateral to attract leads for sales, whilst also using PR tactics to amplify proprietary data and research findings. The Campaign Marketing Manager will also act as a brand ‘gatekeeper’, ensuring that brand guidelines are followed in all external‑facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement, Demand Generation and Collaboration: Educate and inform the sales team through regular attendance at forecasting meetings, providing insights into campaign performance, lead generation, and customer engagement. Foster a collaborative working relationship between marketing and sales teams, facilitating alignment on goals, strategies, and tactics. Work closely with sales stakeholders to develop account‑based marketing plans aimed at achieving their targets, and generate high quality leads.
  • Campaign Strategy Development and Execution: Lead the strategic development and execution of key account campaigns in collaboration with sales stakeholders, ensuring alignment with sales targets and objectives. Develop comprehensive account‑based marketing plans to drive engagement and conversions within target accounts. Develop and execute strategies to deliver key performance indicators (KPIs), optimising campaign performance across all channels. Utilise analytical reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform ongoing and future activities. Conduct monthly marketing reviews to track campaign productivity and iterate existing campaigns for continuous improvement.
  • CRM Marketing Automation and Content Creation: Take a lead role in CRM marketing automation and daily execution, setting strategy and creating compelling content to nurture leads and drive conversions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives with overall marketing campaigns and sales efforts. Oversee the development of compelling campaign creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and audience preferences.
  • Social Media Campaigns and Amplification: Design, plan, and execute complementary social media campaigns to amplify marketing collateral and increase brand visibility. Develop strategies to leverage social media channels effectively, engaging target audiences and driving traffic to key campaign assets.
  • Growth Initiatives and Resource Allocation: Drive growth across all M3 market research companies by developing comprehensive marketing campaigns that support their objectives and integrate seamlessly with existing initiatives. Control and measure resources available for specific initiatives, allocating and prioritising resources to maximise return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications

  • Experience of working in HubSpot / other CRM platforms with the ability to pivot to Hubspot
  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Social media planning experience, especially LinkedIn
  • A creative thinker with the capacity to develop engaging campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting skills and content creation for web, social media, and email
  • Motivated by an exciting and collaborative team environment
  • Able to make decisions, take ownership and accept accountability
  • Self‑motivated and driven with a passion for excellence
  • Self‑directed worker with the professionalism and focus to work relatively autonomously, albeit with the support of marketing and sales colleagues
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator with an eye for detail
