This is an opportunity to play a key role in a product launch that matters — in a company where your work will directly influence growth and impact people's lives. Neupulse is preparing for the UK launch of an innovative neuromodulation device. With regulatory milestones approaching and strong commercial momentum building, we're expanding our marketing team to support the next phase of growth.
We're looking for a Marketing Executive who wants to be hands-on in campaign execution, digital performance, ecommerce optimisation, and product launch activity - and see the impact of their work in real time.
The Role
- You'll help plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across:
- Paid digital advertising (Google Ads & paid social)
- Ecommerce and website optimisation
- SEO and content marketing
- Events and promotional activity
What You'll Be Doing
- Campaign Delivery
- Support integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches
- Coordinate activity across digital and offline channels
- Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns to brief
- Create and adapt digital marketing assets (banners, adverts, landing pages)
- Write and edit blog content, website copy and campaign materials
- Ensure content is optimised for SEO and ecommerce performance
- Support website updates, product pages and merchandising
- Assist with Shopify platform management (desirable)
- Help improve customer journey and conversion performance
- Support the setup, optimisation and reporting of Google Ads and paid social campaigns
- Contribute to keyword research and content optimisation
- Track performance metrics and support testing activity
- Monitor campaign performance and report on results
- Use data and insights to inform continuous improvement
- Stay current with marketing tools and digital best practice
About You
- You likely have:
- Formal marketing training – e.g. a degree or similar
- 2–3 years' experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
- Experience supporting multi-channel digital campaigns
- Exposure to ecommerce environments (Shopify helpful)
- Experience with Google Ads and/or paid social
- Strong copywriting skills
- A solid understanding of SEO best practice
- An analytical mindset with confidence interpreting data
- You're organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a growing business.

Practical Details
- Location: Nottingham – full-time, office-based
- Working pattern: Monday to Friday, on-site
- Right to work: Applicants must be based in the UK and have unrestricted right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
