- Private health insurance – your health and well-being is paramount. We want to make sure that everyone in the company is supported when it comes to health.
- Flexible working hours and hybrid working – we’re still at our early stages, so we’ll want to make sure we have enough in-person time to be able to move quickly, however we want to make sure that we’re as flexible as you need to be getting on with other things in life as well.
- Conference, travel and development budget – your development will also grow the business. We want to make sure that you have access to the resources and opportunities you need to be at your best.
