The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative Video Editor to join our Marketing team and be the driving force behind our product releases and brand narrative. This is a unique chance to transform deep‐tech breakthroughs into compelling, accessible stories that drive massive awareness and adoption. Your mission will be to bring our releases—such as our viral NeuTTS Air model (1 M+ views)—to life. You will be creating short‐form video content that resonates with both technical and commercial audiences, achieving millions of views across Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. This role offers significant ownership, cross‐functional influence, and the opportunity to define how a category‐defining company appears in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, script, shoot (where necessary), and edit high‐impact video assets for all major social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and product announcements.
  • Own the full video calendar for major company milestones and model releases, ensuring assets are optimised for reach and virality, mirroring the success of releases like NeuTTS Air (1 M+ views cross‐platform).
  • Develop a constant creative asset pipeline and own delivery across paid, organic, and emerging channels to increase brand awareness.
  • Work with the Marketing team to analyse video performance metrics and iterate quickly on content strategy to maximise engagement, view count, and conversion.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • The successful candidate will be a results‐driven storyteller with a keen eye for trending topics, formats, and edit styles.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating video content for B2B or B2C tech brands that has achieved significant organic reach and engagement on platforms like Twitter and LinkedIn – please send your portfolio alongside your application.
  • High proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro) and graphic/motion design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high‐quality, fast‐turnaround video content in a dynamic, startup environment.
  • Highly motivated and capable of owning projects from ideation through final distribution without constant supervision.
  • Interest in working with a team on the cutting edge of AI, Machine Learning, and voice technology.

Help us set the company culture – you will be joining us as part of our founding team. Bring your ideas for breakfasts, reading groups, or game nights, and we will make it happen together.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity – we want to reward you financially and give you a sizable stake in the business as we grow together.
  • Private health insurance – your health and well‐being is paramount.
  • Conference, travel, and development budget – we support access to resources and opportunities for you to be at your best.
