NEUNOVA specialises in dermatologically approved skincare, haircare and advanced treatment technologies. Originally developed for leading Korean clinics and now made available to the rest of the world. We are headquartered in London, with a presence in Los Angeles, and our award‑winning R&D, formulation and manufacturing operations are based in South Korea.

In 2026, NEUNOVA is launching and scaling its portfolio across the UK, with the opportunity to support European expansion, focusing on the premium beauty market.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based B2B sales role for the right individual to shape NEUNOVA’s Professional Sales function from the ground up. You will be responsible for introducing our portfolio of science‑backed brands to beauty centres, medispas, hair specialists, and advanced non‑invasive aesthetic providers. This is not a junior sales position — reporting directly to the CEO, we are looking for a commercially capable, B2B sales professional who can operate autonomously and round out a founding team of Marketing and Operations staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead new business development and onboard professional beauty partners across your territory.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial outreach and consultation through to onboarding and repeat ordering.
  • Define and execute a territory sales strategy, building and managing a high‑quality pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
  • Lead education‑driven selling initiatives, ensuring partners confidently adopt protocols and drive repeat commercial success.
  • Represent NEUNOVA at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
  • Contribute to shaping NEUNOVA’s professional go‑to‑market strategy, pricing approach, and sales materials based on field insight.

Skills You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of proven experience within the professional beauty, aesthetics, wellness, haircare (or adjacent markets).
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and forecast pipeline performance.
  • Comfortable selling science‑backed or technical products through consultative, education‑led approaches.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility with professional clients.
