The predicted salary is between 24750 - 30250 Β£ per year.

Case Administration Assist with the administration of corporate and personal insolvency appointments, including liquidations, administrations, bankruptcies, CVAs and IVAs.

Maintain accurate electronic and physical case files and ensure that all statutory and internal deadlines are monitored.

Prepare and issue notices, letters, reports, forms and other statutory correspondence.

Assist with the preparation and submission of statutory documents to Companies House, the Insolvency Service and other relevant authorities.

Maintain case diaries and ensure that outstanding actions are followed up promptly.

Assist Insolvency Practitioners and Managers with the day-to-day management of cases.

Creditors and Claims Maintain creditor databases and update creditor information.

Send notices to creditors and respond to routine creditor enquiries.

Process and review proofs of debt and supporting documentation.

Maintain schedules of creditors and assist with the adjudication of claims.

Assist with the calculation and payment of dividends where applicable.

Deal professionally and promptly with creditor correspondence and telephone enquiries.

Asset Realisation and Investigations Assist with the identification, collection and realisation of company or individual assets.

Obtain and review relevant financial and other documentation.

Assist with investigations into directors conduct, antecedent transactions and other potential recoveries.

Liaise with solicitors, agents, valuers, banks, accountants and other professional advisers as required.

Maintain accurate records of asset realisations, expenses and recoveries.

Banking and Financial Administration Assist with the administration and reconciliation of insolvency bank accounts.

Record receipts and payments accurately.

Process invoices and expenses in accordance with internal procedures.

Assist with financial reconciliations and preparation of case accounting information.

Compliance Ensure all work is undertaken in accordance with the Insolvency Act 1986, Insolvency Rules, SIPs, regulatory requirements and the firms internal policies and procedures.

Assist with maintaining case compliance checklists and statutory records.

Ensure deadlines and statutory reporting requirements are monitored and met.

Maintain appropriate records to support audit and regulatory requirements.

General Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Insolvency Practitioners and case managers.

Communicate professionally with creditors, debtors, directors, employees and other stakeholders.

Assist with general office administration and data management.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information appropriately.

Undertake other duties reasonably required in connection with insolvency assignments.
