This is a full-time on-site role for an Insolvency Manager located in the North West London Area. The Insolvency Manager will oversee and manage insolvency processes, liaising with stakeholders, creditors, and clients to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial reports, conducting investigations into clients' financial situations, and devising strategies to resolve financial difficulties. The Insolvency Manager will also mentor and supervise junior staff, ensure all deadlines are met, and provide support with business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of insolvency laws and regulations, as well as experience managing insolvency cases.
