At Neuly, we are building the most advanced AI companion for parents of neurodivergent children. Designed by academics, clinicians, and parents, it has been built to generate a deeper and more effective understanding of a child to provide daily support and practical strategies tailored specifically to their unique needs.

We’re looking for a Webinar / Podcast Host to lead thoughtful, empathetic conversations with parents and experts, and help shape how we tell stories in this space. This role would particularly suit someone with lived experience as a parent or carer of a neurodivergent child who brings personal insight and the ability to hold nuanced, thoughtful conversations in a public-facing setting. You’ll be joining a small, experienced team working to ensure that parents feel heard, understood, and supported.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Host and lead conversations with parents, clinicians, and experts
  • Help define topics, themes, and episode structure
  • Create a safe, thoughtful space for honest discussion
  • Draw out practical insights and relatable experiences for listeners
  • Collaborate with the team on tone, positioning, and content direction
  • Contribute to shaping Neuly’s voice and perspective through the podcast

What we’re looking for:

  • Lived experience as a parent or carer of a neurodivergent child
  • Strong listening and conversational skills
  • Confidence speaking with a range of people (parents, clinicians, experts)
  • Curiosity and the ability to explore topics with empathy and nuance
  • Clear communication and a natural, engaging presence
  • (Desirable) Experience in podcasting, interviewing, or public speaking
