This is a hands-on senior role suited to someone who enjoys building high-quality product features, taking ownership of complex systems, and influencing technical direction through strong engineering practice rather than people management. You’ll work closely with the CTO and Principal Engineer in a small, highly capable team, helping to design, build and scale a modern, multi-tenant SaaS platform used by enterprise customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and delivering complex features across the full stack, with a focus on scalability, security and maintainability

- Contributing to architectural decisions around event-driven systems and SaaS scaling patterns
- Writing high-quality code and providing thoughtful, senior-level code reviews
- Working closely with engineering leadership to refine requirements and make pragmatic technical decisions
- Leveraging AI-assisted development tools as part of your day-to-day workflow
What they’re looking for:
- 8+ years’ experience building production-grade SaaS products
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Solid full-stack background, with professional experience using React or Angular
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis or MongoDB
- Comfortable working in cloud-native, event-driven environments (AWS preferred)
- A product mindset, strong ownership, and the confidence to influence technical direction
Nice to have:
- Exposure to AI or LLM-based systems
- Experience with data or analytics pipelines
Why consider it:
- Fully remote role with a high level of autonomy and trust
- Senior-level influence without people management responsibility
- Modern tech stack and an engineering-led culture
- Private healthcare included
- Scope to grow technical ownership as the platform scales
