Technical Product Engineer (APIs & AI) Remote (UK) £Neulinx have partnered with an award-winning global hospitality SaaS platform used by over 30,000 hotels, holiday rentals and accommodation providers worldwide. We're looking for a Technical Product Engineer to sit at the intersection of software engineering, APIs, customer engagement and product development. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a software engineering background who enjoys working directly with customers and partners, helping them integrate with APIs, solve technical challenges and influence the future direction of a growing platform. The role combines elements of API engineering, developer advocacy, product ownership and technical consulting. Over time, it will evolve further into AI-powered products, MCP integrations and next-generation platform capabilities. You'll work closely with customers, integration partners, product teams and software engineers to help shape and expand the platform's API ecosystem. A significant part of the role involves engaging directly with customers and partners who are building on top of the platform, providing technical guidance, understanding requirements and helping define how new API capabilities should be designed and delivered. Work directly with customers and partners to support API adoption and integration projects • Collaborate closely with engineering teams on API design and implementation • Help shape the future API strategy of the platform • Support MCP-based integrations and AI-enabled workflows • Act as a bridge between customers, product and engineering teams • Contribute to the evolution of AI-powered platform capabilities 6+ years' experience in software engineering, integrations, solutions engineering, developer advocacy or technical product roles • Software engineering background with the ability to engage credibly with developers • Experience within SaaS, software or platform businesses Python experience • Exposure to C# • Experience working with MCP servers or MCP-based integrations • AI, LLM or agentic workflow experience • Fully remote UK role • Highly visible role across engineering, product and leadership teams • Clear pathway into AI product engineering and AI platform development • Work on MCP, AI workflows and next-generation integrations as the platform evolves If you enjoy solving technical integration challenges, working directly with customers and helping shape the future of a platform, we'd love to hear from you.
