  • Provide technical guidance on APIs, platform capabilities and best practice
  • Gather technical requirements and translate them into product and engineering solutions
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers to design and improve APIs
  • Identify opportunities for new integrations and platform enhancements
  • Evaluate technical partnerships and third-party solutions
  • Help shape the future API strategy of a globally recognised SaaS platform
  • Support the development of AI-powered products, MCP integrations and intelligent workflows
  • Work across Engineering, Product and Customer Success to deliver an exceptional developer experience

What We're Looking For

You'll likely come from a background in Solutions Engineering, Software Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Developer Relations, Technical Product or Technical Consulting. You'll have:

  • Commercial experience working with REST APIs and software integrations
  • A software engineering or backend development background
  • Experience working directly with customers, partners or external technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of API design, integrations and backend systems
  • The ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience working within SaaS, software platforms or cloud-based products
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • GraphQL
  • Python
  • C#
  • OpenAPI / API-first platforms
  • Experience with MCP or AI agent integrations
  • LLM or AI product experience
  • Product Management or Product Ownership experience

Why Join?

  • Fully remote UK role
  • Work on a platform used by 30,000+ customers worldwide
  • Help shape the future API strategy of a global SaaS business
  • Play a key role in the company's AI roadmap
  • Work with modern technologies including APIs, AI, LLMs and MCP
  • Highly collaborative environment with direct exposure to Engineering and Product leadership
  • Opportunity to influence how thousands of customers build on the platform
