Neulinx are partnered with a fast growing health tech company that is reshaping how clinical knowledge is accessed at the point of care. They’ve just secured significant Series A funding and are now scaling their engineering organisation, starting with a senior hire to lead their entire web function. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants ownership, influence and the chance to build a product that has real day to day impact for clinicians.
The Role
As Senior/Lead Software Engineer, you’ll take full technical ownership of the web platform. You’ll set the direction for front end architecture, drive best practice and still be hands on writing high quality React and TypeScript code. You’ll work closely with engineering teams across mobile and backend, help shape the technical roadmap and play a key role in taking the platform into its next phase of scale.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and build the core platform — backend, frontend, infrastructure
- Own scalability, performance, security, and deployment
- Architecting and scaling LLM-powered applications
- Work side‑by‑side with product and ops to solve meaningful problems fast
- Shape engineering culture, processes, and future team structure
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of fullstack development experience, ideally in startups or product‑led teams
- Strong backend expertise, especially with Python or Node
- Solid frontend skills — Vue.js, React, or TypeScript
- Proven experience building and maintaining production systems
- Bias toward shipping, iterating, and solving problems — not just perfecting code
- Experience in architecting and scaling LLM-powered applications desirable
- Strong communicator who’s comfortable in an unstructured, high‑ownership environment
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Background in healthtech, or AI‑powered products
- Experience working with LLMs, chat interfaces, or emerging AI tools
