We’re working with an established SaaS business in the travel and hospitality space to hire a technically strong and AI focused Product Owner into a high-impact, integration-led team. This is a hands-on role focused on how systems work behind the scenes. You’ll be working closely with engineers on APIs, data flows and complex integrations, owning delivery end-to-end.

The Role

  • Own product features from discovery through to delivery and iteration
  • Work on API integrations and system-to-system connectivity
  • Define clear, structured requirements for technically complex work
  • Support UAT, releases and live issue triage
  • Use data / SQL to understand product behaviour

You’ll also play a key role in driving AI adoption within the product, including:

  • Building and managing AI agent capabilities
  • Working with MCP servers (serving and consuming endpoints)
  • Embedding AI into integrations and workflows

What They’re Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Product Owner / Product / BA role
  • Strong experience with APIs, integrations and data-heavy systems
  • Confident working closely with engineers on technical problems
  • Ability to understand and explain complex systems clearly
  • Plus (important): Hands-on experience applying AI in a product or engineering environment, not just using tools.

Why Join

  • Real ownership in a scaled SaaS product
  • Complex, integration-led challenges
  • Opportunity to shape how AI is embedded into a live platform
  • Fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environment
