Neulinx have partnered with an award-winning global hospitality SaaS platform used by over 30,000 businesses worldwide, as they continue to scale their next generation AI and platform capability. This is a genuinely unique opportunity for a technical, AI-focused Product Owner who wants to sit at the intersection of product, engineering and AI architecture.
The business is investing heavily in AI-driven workflows, MCP architecture and API-first product development, and they’re looking for someone who can lead product initiatives end-to-end while remaining hands-on technically. This is not a traditional Product Owner role focused purely on tickets and ceremonies. They want someone who can work closely with engineers, shape technical direction and actively contribute to how AI capability is built and deployed across the platform.
The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with engineering leadership, software engineers and senior stakeholders to drive AI-enabled product initiatives from concept through to delivery. A key part of the role involves helping evolve the company’s move towards a more fluid API and MCP-driven architecture, making it easier for third-party platforms and AI agents to consume and interact with company services and data.
You’ll play a central role in:
- Defining and owning AI-enabled product initiatives
- Building and shaping MCP server capability
- Working closely with engineers on APIs, integrations and technical delivery
- Translating business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Driving communication between product, engineering and senior stakeholders
- Supporting AI workflow and semantic caching initiatives across the platform
What They’re Looking For
- Strong Product Owner / Product Manager experience within software or SaaS environments
- Hands-on experience building MCP servers OR strong experience with semantic caching
- Strong understanding of:
- GraphQL
- REST APIs
- API architecture and integrations
- PostgreSQL / data structures
- Experience working closely with software engineers on highly technical products
- Understanding of AI workflows, LLM integrations or AI-enabled platforms
- Ability to lead product delivery end-to-end while remaining technically credible
Why This Role
- Opportunity to shape AI capability within a scaled global SaaS platform
- Highly technical, engineering-led environment
- Real ownership and visibility across product and platform initiatives
- Fully remote UK role with strong flexibility
- High-impact work at the intersection of AI, APIs and product strategy
If you’re a technical AI Product Owner who enjoys working closely with engineers and wants to help shape how AI and MCP architecture are embedded into a live SaaS platform, this is well worth a conversation. Apply to this advert or reach out to Gareth at Neulinx directly.
