About the Company:
Neulinx are partnered with a well-established SaaS company operating within the travel and hospitality sector. The company is looking for either a Product Owner, Associate Product Owner, or a strong Business Analyst looking to move into a Product Owner role.
The platform processes a high volume of booking transactions and integrates with multiple external partners including online travel agencies, payment providers and other third party systems. Because of the nature of the platform, performance, reliability and data accuracy are critical.
Responsibilities:
- Leading discussions with software engineers, presenting ideas to stakeholders and helping guide how features should be delivered.
- Working closely with software engineers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
- Leading discussions with engineering teams around product requirements and implementation approaches.
- Using data and analytical thinking to support product decisions.
- Developing a strong understanding of how the platform operates behind the scenes, including integrations with external systems and the flow of data between services.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience working as a Product Owner, Associate Product Owner or Business Analyst in a product-led environment.
- Basic SQL or experience analysing product data.
- Experience working on platforms where system behaviour, data accuracy and integration reliability directly impact customers or revenue.
- A Business Analyst ready to move into product ownership or a Product Owner earlier in their career who is looking to deepen their technical and systems understanding.
- Someone naturally curious about how software systems work and motivated to understand the details behind product behaviour.
