Customer Success Manager – PropTech SaaS
Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a commercially minded Customer Success Manager with:
- Experience in SaaS & Customer Success – At least 2 years of experience managing customer relationships in PropTech, SaaS, or a closely related industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills – The ability to simplify complex ideas, build trust, and advocate for client needs.
- Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.) to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Commercial Awareness & Growth Mindset – Strong ability to spot upselling opportunities and align customer success with business goals.
- Organised & Proactive – Ability to manage multiple client relationships, anticipate needs, and maintain a structured approach.
- Team Player & Problem Solver – Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys finding solutions to client challenges.
