  • Oversee technical correctness of solutions with support from specific topic SMEs.
  • Ensure all solutions reflect adult learning principles, evidence-based practice, and incorporate appropriate governance mechanisms where required (e.g. assessments, knowledge checks, documentation).
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to provide learning expertise across client discussions, proposals, and scope definition, articulating solution value in business and risk terms.
  • Contribute insight on learning effectiveness, behavioural impact, and outcomes to support client conversations and evaluation.
  • Work with the Delivery Manager to define design milestones and deliverables, manage risks relating to learning design and regulatory accuracy, and ensure outputs are delivered on time and within agreed scope.
  • Support change control discussions where design changes affect scope.
  • Where delivery or content is provided by an associate, the LC advises on SME selection, from a Neueda approved pool.
  • The LC also provides a structured briefing across objectives, outcomes, audience, and quality standards, and ensures content is accurate, compliant, and instructionally coherent prior to client release.
  • Applies Neueda learning frameworks and quality standards across all outputs, ensuring consistency in design approach, structure, materials, and participant experience.
  • Maintains appropriate documentation and version control, supports audit-ready records where required, and drives continuous improvement through feedback analysis, impact measurement and peer review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Computer Science, Learning & Development, Education, Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
